What the Services are

The Services test how AI engines describe, mention, and cite your business, check the public technical signals those engines rely on, and turn the findings into evidence and a plan. We report what to fix and why. The Scan and Audit tiers do not implement changes to your website or third-party profiles for you. Hands-on implementation is not part of the Services; you can request it separately, and if we agree to take it on, it is delivered under its own agreement.

• Free Scan. A no-cost, automated check of how AI engines describe your business, delivered as a report to the email you provide.
• Audit. A one-time paid engagement priced at $999. We aim to deliver the Audit within 7-10 business days of confirming scope and receiving payment, and it includes a walkthrough call and a 30-day re-scan after you have had time to act. The Audit is contingent on our being able to fetch enough public data about your business; see the refund terms below.
• Studio. An optional ongoing monitoring subscription ($99 per month) for movement reports after an Audit. Studio provides monitoring and reporting.

Payment, refunds, and fulfillment

The Audit is a one-time $999 charge. We consider the Audit fulfilled when we deliver the agreed Audit scope: the report, the evidence it is grounded in, the accompanying assets, the walkthrough call, and the 30-day re-scan.

Refunds are handled manually. If we determine that we cannot fetch enough public data about your business to produce a meaningful Audit, we will tell you and refund the charge in full. Beyond that, the Audit is non-refundable once the promised scope has been delivered, and any exception is at Agentsy's sole discretion. Studio can be cancelled at any time and stops at the end of the current billing period.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Services only for a business you own or are authorized to represent, and to submit only domains and materials you have the right to have us analyze. You agree not to use the Services to break the law, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Services or their underlying methodology. We may suspend or decline Service where use falls outside these terms.

What we do not promise

The Services report evidence, gaps, and recommended actions. We do not sell a readiness score, and we do not guarantee any particular ranking, mention, citation, traffic, or revenue outcome. AI engines change how they answer over time and are outside our control, so results shift as they update, as you make changes, and as your market moves. Our reports and recommendations are provided on an as-is basis for your own judgment. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the engagement in question.

Your content and our methodology

You keep ownership of the domains, materials, and information you provide. You own the report we deliver to you and may use it within your business. We keep ownership of our methodology, tooling, and the underlying systems, and we may retain and use Scan and Audit data as described in our Privacy and data use page, including for de-identified aggregate benchmarking. We name your business in public materials only with your explicit approval.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable in it. Any dispute arising from the Services belongs to the courts of British Columbia.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the Services evolve; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Material changes will be reflected here before they apply to new engagements. Questions about these terms can go to hello@agentsy.build.
